Twenty years ago, I made a pretty significant decision when
I hired a young woman who would one day run my business. Well, that one day has arrived!
I would like to announce that as of November 30th,
2018, Vice President Jennifer Sellers has been promoted to President of The
Training Connection, Inc.
I am so proud of Jennifer and her commitment to helping me
grow The Training Connection, Inc. from a one-person operation to a thriving
consulting firm that employs 12 full and part time employees.
As a result of Jennifer’s new position, my role has
transitioned to CEO and People Developer. I now have the opportunity to ease myself out of the day to day business
operations and concentrate my time on my passion - developing people!!
Congratulations, Jennifer, on this well-deserved
accomplishment and new chapter in your life! I know TTC is in very capable hands — I can’t wait to see where you take
us!
